May Bank Holiday No.2
There will be no class on Monday 30 May 2011 due to the Bank Holiday and no Garage Session on Thursday 2 June 2011 as it’s Chrissie’s birthday (priorities and all that!).
Easter and Wedding Bank Holiday
There will be no classes during the Easter and Royal Wedding week, the first class back will be Tuesday 3rd May 2011. Have a good Easter and don’t eat too many eggs!
Valentines Day
As everyone has informed me that they are loved up and going out for Valentines Day, there will be no class this Monday, 14th February 2011. Normal training resumes once the men have earned their annual brownie points!
Tuesday 18 January 2011
The class on Tuesday 18 January 2011 will start from 20:30 instead of 20:00 just for that day. Normal time back next week.

Christmas Closure
The last session will be at the Garage Gym tonight (23/12/2010) for members, then we open again on Tuesday 4th January 2011.

Gas leak at Thingwall Church
Due to gas leak near Thingwall Church, class tomorrow evening will be at
the Garage Gym at mine. Wear a jumper, but padwork will soon warm you
up! No training on Tuesday due to the closure. Will update when we hear more.

Bank Holiday
In the excitement of Joe’s seminar, I forgot to mention that there is no training tonight on the Bank Holiday. Normal session tomorrow with James as usual.
Conflict Resolution Workshop
King Sun has managed to get Joe McLaughlin, Conflict Resolution Officer at Arrowe Park Hospital to come down to do another workshop with us. This time should be more practical as last time was more theoretical, but those that attended last time were really impressed with Joe’s insights. This will be on Monday night 23 August 2010 so I need to know definite attendance please to make it possible. Joe is doing this in his own time so King Sun has agreed that we should all compensate him with £5 per head. Please let me know if you wish to attend.
